## About the role

You’ll build core user interfaces, APIs, and backend infrastructure. You’ll operate across the stack: designing, shipping, and maintaining everything from frontend product experiences to backend services that power strategy, data, and operations. This role is ideal for someone who likes shipping end-to-end, cares about craft, and enjoys working in a small team with high ownership. Design, build, and maintain frontend applications (web and/or mobile) and backend APIs powering core product experiences.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years experience as a full stack engineer (startup, product team, or high-ownership environment)
- Strong skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend development (Python, Node, Go, etc.)
- Experience building, testing, and deploying production web applications
- Experience designing and integrating APIs (REST and/or GraphQL), plus strong understanding of data modeling and system boundaries
- Solid fundamentals: debugging, performance, and reliability in real-world systems
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize well, and thrive in a fast-moving, research-driven culture
