## About the role

As part of the global Solutions Development team, you will serve as an advocate and expert in the use of AutoStore solutions to help customers solve complex fulfillment, intralogistics, and supply chain challenges. This role is responsible for leading consulting and pre-sales teams, supporting complex high value deals, reading the market for identifiable patterns. Ensure AutoStore’s long term alignment with partners and customers by serving as their advocate in product roadmap discussions.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of leadership experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, supply chain technology, material handling, or related industries
- Must understand warehouse technology deeply, and bring a broad perspective to problem solving
- Proven success in developing complex solutions that deliver operational improvement and help the team to hit goals
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and build long-term customer and partner relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth, business development, and strategic opportunity management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across commercial, product, engineering, and partner organizations
