## About the role

Support the development of next-generation AutoStore Bins , while continuously improving existing Bin, Grid, and related products. Create and modify 3D models, mechanical designs, drawings, and technical documentation using Autodesk Inventor, and participate in technical design reviews.

## What they're looking for

- Good understanding of materials and material properties , and how material selection and parameters influence product design, performance, and manufacturing
- Strong experience with 3D CAD and mechanical design , including drawings, specifications, requirements, tolerances, and engineering documentation. Experience with Autodesk Inventor and PLM systems is an advantage
- Practical experience with prototyping, and test setups , using test results and technical data to develop and verify solutions
- Experience with plastics or metal manufacturing is a strong advantage , particularly injection molding , tooling and DFM, sheet metal, or extruded aluminium
