## About the role

AutoStore is hiring a Partner Sales Operations Specialist who will serve as the operational point of contact for our partners as they navigate our order fulfillment process. In this critical role you’ll respond to a high volume of requests, work cross-functionally within AutoStore to ensure all requests are handled quickly, and provide reliable, professional, and timely handling of all partner requests. This role can be structured as a full time or part time role.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a similar B2B environment
- Must be business fluent in both English and German
- Must be able to understand a customer's request, diagnose how to identify the solution, and communicate internally in a way that solves the customer's request quickly and comprehensively
- Strong administrative and operational capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Structured and process oriented approach to work
- Strong follow-up mentality with the ability to drive actions to completion
