## About the role

The Customer Quality Engineer will work across all departments of AutoStore to ensure that each non-conformance investigation team is correctly staffed. And ensure corrective actions are implemented on time, with minimal disruption to our partners and customers.

## What they're looking for

- Degree in Engineering, Science, Computing, or a related technical discipline
- Training or certification in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, or related methodologies is advantageous
- 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, or a similar technical role
- Experience leading complex cross-functional investigations from problem identification through implementation of corrective actions
- Demonstrated success improving products, processes, or customer outcomes in a manufacturing, industrial, automation, or technology environment
- Practical experience applying Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous-improvement methodologies
