## About the role

The Senior Engineer, Perception/Vision is part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team that leads and executes camera and sensing based R&D. This will be used to provide physical AI solutions. The Senior Engineer, Perception/Vision reports to the Director of NPD Innovation and Incubation also located in Atlanta, GA.

## What they're looking for

- 5-15 years of experience in delivering camera and sensing solutions for customers (areas of relevance IoT, electronics, embedded systems, advanced sensing, vision, AI & physical AI, etc)
- Experience building processes to calibrate complex optical hardware at the factory (intrinsic/extrinsic camera calibration, OpenCV or similar toolchains) and to assess proper calibration in the field
- Considered an expert in advanced sensing and vision with a history of delivering products to market
- Familiar with design tools, processes and techniques to deliver solutions on schedule
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
