## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar environment
- 3+ years of direct people-management experience, with demonstrated success coaching, developing, and raising team performance
- Experience leading teams in complex, high-scale, or global commercial organizations
- A track record of improving operational processes and service performance
- Experience managing SLAs, quality, backlog, cycle time, and operational KPIs
- Strong process-improvement and root-cause problem-solving skills
