## About the role

As a Senior Sales Support Specialist, you will own the commercial and operational flow from purchase order intake through booking and warehouse release. You will ensure orders are complete, accurate, compliant, and ready for execution while working closely with partners and teams across Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Production, Operations, and Logistics.

## What they're looking for

- Relevant experience in sales support, order management, commercial operations, customer service, shipping, logistics, or a related field
- Experience managing purchase orders, sales orders, discrepancies, changes, and cross-functional dependencies
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems, Salesforce experience is an advantage
