## About the role

AutoStore is seeking a System Safety Compliance Engineer with solid expertise and interest in product safety to join our growing R&D organization. In this role, you will help ensuring that safety is an integral part of our product design, from early concept through industrialization and global market release.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience as an engineer in product development, system engineering, or safety‑critical design within manufacturing, machinery, automation, or industrial equipment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in product compliance, with solid knowledge of CE conformity assessment procedure within the EU, experience with other markets is an advantage
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in electrical/electronics, machinery, software engineering, or a related technical field
- Solid technical background in electrical, mechanical, systems, or software engineering
- Experience performing risk assessments and contributing to safety concept development for complex products
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into robust, engineer‑friendly design solutions
