## About the role

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be part of AutoStore's Technical Accounts team, responsible for the technical governance, advisory, and ongoing success of an assigned portfolio of AutoStore Partners and their End Customers. Acting as the primary technical account contact for your partners, you will help improve system performance, delivery quality, technical capability, and customer outcomes.

- Experience in automation within industrial environments and an understanding of core AutoStore technology and products
- Ability to travel to AutoStore, Partner, or Customer locations across EMEA as required

- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to support root-cause analysis for complex technical and operational issues
