- Has 6+ years engineering and coding experience
- Computer Science bachelors/masters degree is a plus, but we really don't care about your degree, we care that you can ship clean, type-safe code in a Hono/Bun environment
- Deep experience with Hono/Bun, NextJS, Tailwind, and Postgres
- Loves the early days of building new product and shipping quickly
- Wants to make a direct impact with customers and work with a team that ships daily
- Well-versed with Cursor, Claude, other agentic programming tools
