## About the role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic technology leader to join our team. This role involves leading the identification and analysis of emerging technology trends, tracking and coordinating engagement with the external innovation ecosystem (e.g. venture and start-ups, corporate and academic research, industry fora), and helping set priorities for innovation programs.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology research, market analysis, or a related role
- Experience working with industry analysts and a strong network in the venture and start-up community is highly desired
- Proven experience working with and presenting to senior leadership and executives
- Ideal candidates will have prior management experience and demonstrated ability to recruit and lead a distributed team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
