## About the role

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our Engineering and Product teams. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to build the technical bench that powers Avoca's next stage of growth. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at a company scaling fast — you'll help define our technical hiring bar, build repeatable processes from the ground up, and close candidates in a competitive market.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience - ideally at high-growth startups
- Proven track record hiring software engineers, ML/AI talent, or similar technical roles at a fast-scaling company
- Strong sourcing chops — you know how to find and engage passive candidates, not just manage inbound
