## What they're looking for

- Apply user-centered design principles to improve the workflow, expand the functionality, and enhance the visual appeal of our platform
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, including interactive, near-functional prototypes using AI-assisted or design-to-code tools to test ideas quickly with real users
- Perform user research, usability testing, or facilitate focus groups, knowing when AI-generated summaries and insights need a closer human look
- Apply the results from user research and usability testing to create new features and improve current features, connecting design decisions to real business impact
