## About the role

Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy Associate Materials & Process Engineer, advising on Materials & Processes (M&P) requirements for spacecraft environments, selecting and certifying spaceflight hardware for properties like flammability and corrosion, and ensuring compliance through testing and documentation reviews.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field, with 0 – 2 years of experience, or
- Master’s Degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. Or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Track record of making things happen in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Uses good judgement to problem-solve proactively, positively impacting hard challenges
- Demonstrated organization skills to meet tight deadlines with high quality results
