## About the role

Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy Manager, Electrical Labs (HIL/SIL) , who leads the development, operation, and continuous improvement of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) test environments supporting the design, integration, verification, and certification of aerospace systems. This leader drives engineering excellence while ensuring process maturity across the full engineering lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- Education & Experience
- · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- · Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field preferred
- · 8+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or other highly regulated industries
- · 3+ years of experience leading engineering, test, laboratory, or technical teams
- · Experience developing, operating, and maintaining Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and/or Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) test environments
