## About the role

Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy Manager, Electrical Specialties , who leads a team of engineers responsible for ensuring the electrical integrity, reliability, and compliance of aerospace systems through expertise in Electromagnetic Interference/Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMI/EMC), EEE parts engineering, radiation effects, and related specialty disciplines.

## What they're looking for

- Education & Experience
- · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline, Master’s degree preferred
- · 10+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience in aerospace, defense, space systems, or other high-reliability industries, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- · 3+ years of technical leadership or people management experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- · Demonstrated expertise in one or more Electrical Specialties disciplines, including EMI/EMC, EEE Parts Engineering, Radiation Effects, Grounding & Bonding, or Mission Assurance
- · Experience supporting the design, development, qualification, and production of aerospace, spacecraft, avionics, or mission-critical hardware systems
