## About the role

Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy Manager, Harnessing , who will be responsible for leading the design, development, qualification, and production support of electrical wiring harness systems for aerospace applications. This leader drives engineering excellence while ensuring process maturity across the full engineering lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- Education & Experience
- · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Networks, or a related technical discipline, Master’s degree preferred
- · 10+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience in aerospace, defense, space systems, or other high-reliability industries, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- · 3+ years of technical leadership or people management experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- · Experience supporting the design, development, qualification, and production of aerospace, spacecraft, avionics, or mission-critical harnesses
- · Strong knowledge of applicable aerospace industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance practices
