## About the role

Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy We are looking for an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler in Houston, TX. This self-motivated team member will be responsible for co-developing, maintaining, and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all facets of the program(s), ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced agile environment.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, project management, or a related field
- Experience in program scheduling, project management, or related roles, with a strong focus on integrated master scheduling (IMS)
- Experience in managing very large, complex programs or projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies
- Experienced working in an agile environment and how that translates to effective scheduling
- Expertise in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, or similar tools
- Advanced reporting experience, with the ability to create custom reports, dashboards (Power BI), and schedule analysis tools
