## About the role

Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy Manager- Hardware System Safety , you will be a mid-level leader responsible for leading the Hardware System Safety Engineering team, overseeing Agile delivery, sprint planning, and day-to-day development activities. This role governs adherence to CDISS/CLD requirements documents while ensuring the team meets its delivery commitments.

- Education & Experience
- 7 + years of Hardware System Safety engineering experience alongside 3+ years of formal team management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering required
- Master's Degree or an MBA, preferred
- Track record of making things happen in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Uses good judgement to problem-solve proactively, positively impacting hard challenges
