## About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mission Operations Engineer to help design, build, and execute Axiom’s next generation human spaceflight operations. This role is responsible for developing mission operations concepts, tools, and training systems to support future real-time operations. Candidates will operate in a dynamic development environment, working across engineering, program, and external partners to define how missions are planned, trained, and executed.

## What they're looking for

- Rising Junior or Senior or Advanced Degree (MS/MA or Ph.D) studying Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher
- Genuine curiosity and passion for space exploration and engineering problem-solving
