We are seeking a Legal Talent Recruitment Manager to join our North America Talent team. Through innovative and creative talent acquisitions strategies, you will play an integral role in the success and expansion of Axiom’s North America legal talent strategy during a pivotal time in our company’s growth.

## What they're looking for

- Executing against our North America Talent Acquisition strategy, including identification, assessment, and attraction of top-tier legal talent through traditional and creative recruitment channels
- Serving as the primary point of contact for lawyers and legal professional candidates, managing individuals through full cycle recruiting while ensuring a positive, informative, and efficient candidate experience
- Assisting others on the team to advise key company stakeholders and leaders across North America on industry talent trends, candidate pipeline updates, and recruitment activity levels
- Assisting the leaders of the function to develop customized and strategic recruitment plans to attract lawyers and legal support professionals to work with our highly innovative and impressive list of clients
