Axion Ray is looking for an AI Solutions Director who can turn solutions into repeatable, scalable value. You are the delivery backbone of our customer accounts — setting the architecture, coordinating the team, and making sure every engagement runs efficiently and lands measurable outcomes. Own end-to-end delivery and use case portfolio across your accounts.

## What they're looking for

- 4-8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical delivery, or customer success management
- Proven track record of architecting and managing complex enterprise implementations end to end
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and developing individual contributors
- Strong analytical mindset, tracks delivery margin, adoption curves, and value realization metrics
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable playbooks that other teams adopt
- Excellent communicator who can serve as the customer’s primary delivery authority
