- Own and grow a local territory by developing and executing a clear outbound sales strategy, with a focus on net-new revenue and category expansion
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through consistent prospecting, networking, and market engagement
- Identify, prioritize, and win new business with local and regional advertisers, leading the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, specifically in the digital media/news industry, with a strong emphasis on outbound/new business development
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets , particularly through new logo acquisition
- Strong presence and confidence in selling to senior decision-makers
