## About the role

The role will support original Axios video programming, including The Axios Show, and other editorial video formats across YouTube, social, and digital platforms.

## What they're looking for

- 5–7+ years of relevant video production, journalism, digital media, broadcast, documentary, branded-content, or comparable editorial experience, additional experience may be considered at the Senior Producer level
- Demonstrated experience producing, shooting, and editing professional video content, supported by a strong portfolio or reel
- Strong editorial judgment, visual storytelling skills, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling finished video
- Experience producing for YouTube and an understanding of audience development, search/discovery, retention, and platform-native storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with on-camera talent, alongside strong writing, communication, and project-management skills
