## About the role

As a Technical Account Manager at Axle, you'll play a pivotal role bridging technical solutions and customer success for our Mortgage vertical. You will be hands-on with Mortgage Lenders throughout the entire customer journey, from initial conversations to full adoption and nurturing accounts. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to design and implement tailored solutions, deliver a world-class onboarding experience, and provide ongoing support.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success or customer-facing engineering roles, preferably in the Fintech space
- Exceptional communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- An insatiable desire to ask why and a love to dig deep into how things work
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud services, and modern SaaS architecture
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment
