## About the role

As a Professional Services Manager II for Axon Air , you will lead the deployment of Axon drone technology for law enforcement, enterprise, and public safety agencies. This elevated role requires advanced technical proficiency, deep program management expertise, and the ability to independently manage complex deployments.

## What they're looking for

- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of professional services, technical deployment, or UAS program management experience
- Demonstrated success leading complex technical deployments and customer-facing projects
- FAA Part 107 certification required (advanced certifications strongly preferred)
- Advanced expertise in UAS platforms (DJI, Skydio, SkyHero, Fotokite), detection systems (Dedrone), and drone management software (DroneSense)
- Experience with network infrastructure, data management, or SaaS integrations preferred
