## About the role

As the Senior Manager,Commercial Finance, you will serve as the strategic business partner to Axon’s Next Markets sales teams (US Federal, Corrections, Justice) and drive analytical rigor and efficiency for commercial finance more broadly. You’ll play a critical role in advising on growth initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and shaping deal economics for some of the most complex and high-impact opportunities across our business.

## What they're looking for

- 7–10 years of total experience in Finance
- Strong background in commercial/sales/GTM finance, FP&A, modeling, and strategic business partnering
- Experience leading finance efforts supporting high growth sales teams and operating in a global matrixed environment
- Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Advanced excel
- Executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels, including C-suite
- Track record of successfully navigating complex, ambiguous environments in high-growth companies
