## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience managing and operating production cloud-based environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure
- 4+ years of expertise with Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps tooling, such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or GitOps
- 4+ years of experience in software development using a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, GoLang, or JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams
