## What they're looking for

- 8-12 years of experience in Life Sciences commercial analytics, including: Incentive compensation for design and administration
- Field force design and deployment
- Sales force effectiveness (preferred)
- Experience supporting Medical Aesthetics businesses is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline such as Business Technology, Information Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or an MBA
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
