## About the role

Axtria is seeking a Director to lead Clinical AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI technology consulting for our US pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. This is a sales-oriented, client-facing role: the Director will originate and close new business, architect AI-led clinical solutions, and represent Axtria in front of senior client stakeholders. Working knowledge of AI/GenAI is a baseline expectation for this role, with a particular emphasis on technology and solution architecture. ## What they're looking for

- 15+ years in clinical/life sciences consulting or technology services, including significant time in a client-facing sales/business development leadership capacity
- Prior experience at a leading consulting or technology services firm required
- Demonstrated success selling clinical analytics, AI, or technology consulting engagements to pharmaceutical or biotech clients
- Strong working knowledge of the clinical domain — study design, clinical feasibility, clinical real-world evidence (RWE), study rescue, and clinical data repositories (CDR) — beyond a purely technical or SME lens
