## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management, leading MDM strategy, implementation, and adoption
- 5+ years of progressive technical architect experience in Reltio or Informatica IDMC, with a track record of designing and implementing MDM solutions for mid-to-large-scale organizations
- Strong knowledge of MDM principles, data quality management, data integration, and data warehouse architecture
- Functional knowledge of master data relevance and impact on Pharma Commercial, Medical, and/or R&D functions, Life Sciences commercial or clinical operations experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of GenAI/LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG fundamentals, embeddings, and model evaluation/monitoring
- Experience implementing AI-enabled data quality, entity resolution, and stewardship automation with strong governance and compliance considerations
