## About the role

We are looking for a delivery-focused Senior Manager – AI & Data Delivery, Life Sciences to own the end-to-end delivery of AI and data solutions for pharmaceutical clients. You'll work closely with commercial business and technical stakeholders, Data and AI Architects, and Engineers, guiding solutions through the full development lifecycle, from planning through deployment.

## What they're looking for

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to own delivery timelines
- Good stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with BI tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial domains and its datasets
- Understanding data and AI development lifecycle (Data Modeling, pipeline development, prompt and context engineering, evaluation, validation) and a strong willingness to learn cloud/data platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
