## About the role

As a Product Configuration Specialist at Axuall, you will play a key role in designing, standardizing, and optimizing recipe and task build solutions that support scalable implementations and operational delivery. This role is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, building and configuring efficient workflow solutions, establishing best practices and quality standards, and supporting the governance and continuous improvement of implementation methodologies across the organization.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, workflow configuration, or solution delivery, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Experience identifying and driving process optimization, standardization, and operational improvement opportunities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, including the ability to gather requirements, assess customer needs, and design scalable, efficient solutions
- Familiarity with Jotform or similar form and workflow configuration platforms
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and release validation processes, with strong attention to detail and operational consistency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively partner with clients and cross-functional internal teams while managing multiple priorities and deliverables
