## About the role

This role keeps Babylist Health’s billing operations moving and serves as the on-site anchor for our physical office. You’ll blend revenue cycle support — processing and routing critical billing documents accurately and on time — with the day-to-day of running the office. You’ll be the in-person point of contact, working closely with remote teammates and outside partners to keep people, paperwork, and place connected.

- You can run the operational backbone of an office — sorting and routing mail and documents, uploading paperwork accurately, and keeping daily workflows on track
- You’re available on-site at our Severna Park, MD office, five days a week during standard business hours (EST) — you’re the in-person anchor for the office, so consistent presence is essential
- You’re detail-oriented and trustworthy with sensitive information — billing documents and confidential data pass through your hands, and accuracy and discretion are non-negotiable
- You’ve worked in administrative, operations, or office support roles — healthcare or insurance billing exposure is a plus, not a requirement
- You’re quick with digital document, mail, and call tools like Niko, Earth Class Mail, and Aircall — or a fast learner who’ll be fluent in weeks
- You’re a clear, kind communicator who keeps remote teammates and external partners in the loop
