- Responsible for providing world class operational support for the investor relations, finance, and fund management teams across Bain Capital Credit teams
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day work of a global team – both internal and external teams – setting priorities and ensuring consistent quality, timeliness, and accuracy across all deliverables
- Build, manage and enhance relationships with internal clients and external partners, including agent banks, trading counterparties, administrators and custodians
- Own the ongoing relationship with CLO trustees, ensuring service levels, reporting timelines, and data quality expectations are consistently met
- Develop, modify and manage workflows and procedures designed to increase controls and improve efficiency
- Lead break resolution and analysis for outstanding reconciliation items, driving timely root cause identification and remediation
