## About the role

BambooHR is on a mission to set people free to do great work. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and grow Expense Management: how an employee captures an expense, how their manager approves it, and how finance and payroll get it reimbursed and reconciled.

## What they're looking for

- You feel aligned with the BambooHR values
- 5+ years as a product manager with a track record of shipping products people use
- Product experience in at least one of: expense or spend management, payroll, fintech, accounting, or payments. Corporate cards, reimbursement, or receipt capture is a plus
- Experience with embedded products, APIs, integrations, platforms, or partner-led ecosystems
- High agency. You define the problem yourself, you go get the prototype or the data pull rather than filing a request for it, and you make the call on ambiguous tradeoffs at your level
- Experience leading a product trio. This role has no direct reports, you lead through influence with your engineering and design counterparts
