## About the role

We’re looking for our second marketing hire: an AI-native, hands-on growth marketer who will work closely with our Marketing Director to help build the next version of Base’s marketing engine. This is not a narrowly defined demand generation, content, or marketing operations role. You will own initiatives across the full marketing lifecycle - from identifying an opportunity and developing the message to building the campaign, launching it, measuring the results, and improving the underlying system. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows for market research, content development, campaign creation, personalization, distribution, analysis, and reporting
- Build reusable prompts, automations, agents, templates, and operating systems that increase the speed, quality, and consistency of our marketing
- Use customer conversations, CRM data, product information, and market signals to uncover insights and turn them into marketing actions
- Identify repetitive or manual work that can be automated, then build and improve the relevant workflows
- Document successful systems so they can be reused and scaled across the marketing function
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy, originality, brand quality, and responsible AI use
