Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach Work closely with growth to build & execute top of funnel strategy

- As a founding GTM Associate, you’ll be on the front line of driving Basic Capital’s growth through high-velocity outbound and strategic outreach. The market for retirement benefits moves slow, so we move fast
- You’ll be equipped with best-in-class tooling and data to qualify and route all inbound opportunities generated by our demand generation pods
- Expect a steep learning curve, direct impact on the company’s growth, and the opportunity to move into an AE or leadership role within 90–120 days
- Previously a top performer in any sales role (At least >1 year of sales experience)
- Strong interest in leveraging modern sales, prospecting, and marketing technology (Clay, Unify, Smartlead, HeyReach, EmailBison, etc.)
- High-agency self-starter driven to take initiative and create impact
