## About the role

As Head of Product Development, your primary responsibility is to fundamentally rethink, rebuild, and innovate across all aspects of retirement investing. Your work will span both accumulation and de-accumulation, including launching new lifetime income products (annuities and retirement income solutions) and improving and expanding our suite of accumulation offerings across both registered and unregistered (exempted) products.
