## About the role

Basic Capital is hiring an Integration & Operations Technology Specialist to bring institutional-grade operating discipline to a company scaling as fast as we are.

## What they're looking for

- • Extra credit for experience inside the retirement or wealth management industry — a recordkeeper, TPA, custodian, or advisor/wealth platform — with firsthand knowledge of the operational and technology landscape of financial services
- • Well versed across technology, operations, and M&A integration — comfortable evaluating systems, vendors, and processes and driving change across all three
- • Comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- • Clear, professional communicator who can translate technical and operational issues for both internal and external stakeholders
- • NYC-based or willing to relocate. In-person role in Tribeca
- • 4+ years of experience in operations, technology, or M&A integration — at a professional services firm, consulting practice, or fast-scaling company that has grown through acquisition
