## About the role

Be the founding member of the Data & Reporting team, building the data infrastructure and analytics capabilities that power Basic Capital's business intelligence, compliance, and customer communications Design and build data pipelines that transform raw operational data into actionable insights for business stakeholders

## What they're looking for

- Strong experience with data pipeline development and ETL/ELT workflows
- Proficiency with SQL and experience designing data models for analytics and reporting
- Experience with modern data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data transformation tools (e.g., dbt)
- Experience with data visualization tools and building dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Hex, Metabase)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, especially for compliance-critical use cases
- Proficiency in any of the following: Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript
