## About the role

BCM One is looking for an additional passionate and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Ecommerce team in Makati. If you love the thrill of finding new opportunities and building meaningful connections, this role is for you! As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines, reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our innovative telecommunications solutions.

## What they're looking for

- Qualify leads using established frameworks and pass them to the sales team for conversion
- Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets
- At least 3 years in an outbound sales, business development, or lead generation role
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach, fluent professional English is required
- Proficiency in sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM systems
