## About the role

Beacon is hiring a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to own our contracting process end to end. We are looking for a highly experienced contracts professional with a paralegal or contracts administration background. What matters most is your negotiation expertise, not the credential behind it.

## What they're looking for

- Own the full contract lifecycle for customer and vendor agreements: drafting, negotiation, redlining, and execution from initial term sheet through signature and integration with Beacon systems
- Conduct negotiations on pharma and biopharma collaboration agreements, clinical trial services agreements, and data licensing and real-world data/real-world evidence (RWD/RWE) agreements
- Lead negotiations on SaaS and platform subscription agreements, licensing agreements, device supply agreements, and partnerships with health systems and academic medical centers
- Support commercialization of Beacon’s FDA-cleared devices (Waveband, SleepView) by ensuring supply, distribution, and reseller agreements include appropriate regulatory cooperation and quality provisions
- Negotiate and manage supplier and vendor contracts, including HIPAA business associate agreements for vendors handling protected health information
- Serve as a subject-matter resource on data rights: ownership, licensing scope, and secondary-use and restriction provisions covering EEG, sleep, and other clinical data
