## About the role

A Systems Integration Manager combines deep technical expertise with sales acumen to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to develop proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and guide customers through the technical aspects of the sales process. You'll analyze requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful product integration or implementation from initial inquiry through post-sale support.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or sales engineering roles in health tech, medtech, or SaaS. Please note this role sits in the Commercial org, not Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, equivalent practical experience will be considered
- Direct experience working with enterprise customers in a technical, operational, or consultative capacity
- A track record of supporting enterprise-level technical sales and implementations end-to-end
- Strong background in software integrations, APIs, and data interoperability (HL7/FHIR preferred)
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and interoperability standards (EHR/EMR, PACS, LIS) and hospital data environments
