## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry with 5+ years in market access, including field roles
- Hospital and payer experience establishing coverage policies for complex therapies required
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with payers and financial decision-makers in Treatment Centers
- Must have established relationships with payers (Commercial payers – required, Medicaid – preferred)
- Buy & bill experience required, Experience in cell or gene therapy preferred
