- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred with 15+ years of relevant experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry with 8+ years in Patient Services, including field and / or strategy roles
- Experience in developing billing & coding guides
- Experience in developing patient services strategies, including design of key program elements (e.g., financial assistance programs, travel & lodging, etc.)
- Experience in evaluating, researching, and securing OIG opinions and deep understanding of Anti-Kickback Statue regulations
- Skills in Treatment Center engagement, education, and training
