## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree required with 18+ yeas of relevant experience
- Minimum 5+ years in cell/gene therapy or complex specialty hematology/oncology preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of direct people-leadership experience managing field-based commercial teams (Key Account Managers, sales, or field access) preferred
- Product launch experience strongly preferred, ideally in cell/gene therapy, rare disease, or specialty hematology/oncology
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to support site visits, conferences, team field coaching, and on-site activities including staff training and operational planning
- Comprehensive understanding of the cell and gene therapy landscape preferred
