- Supporting all internal/external research programs
- Execute specimen preparation, staining and sample acquisition of flow cytometric data
- Perform cell sorting on BD FACS Melody, FACSAria Fusion or BD FACS Symphony S6
- Design, plan, and execute assay development and/or platform development within the core flow cytometry group and cross-functionally
- Perform flow data analyses and interpretation, and present data at group meetings
- Maintain electronic notebook record of performed experiments
