## About the role

We’re seeking a versatile, hands-on offshore operations leader to own Bedrock’s United Kingdom survey delivery. Someone equally comfortable running a job themselves, managing contractor crews in the field, keeping equipment squared away, and helping stand up the training that gets new crews certified in the first place. Bedrock trains and certifies contractor crews to run autonomous marine survey operations independently, to Bedrock’s standard, without Bedrock staff aboard.

## What they're looking for

- Prolonged periods of standing on a vessel and sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Working in outdoor weather conditions on a vessel
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- The ability to obtain and maintain the medical fitness certification required for UK offshore survey work (commonly an ENG1 seafarer medical certificate or equivalent, depending on vessel and operating area)
- Right to work in the United Kingdom, and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed (travel up to 80%)
